We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth: 

RETURN REQUESTS
Upon your purchase of the product through the website, you do not have the right to place a return request or process a return request on any grounds. If the product so delivered is damaged when received or if the seal is broken on the receipt of the product, it shall be entitled to placing a return request. However, the confirmation and acceptance of the return request are solely at the discretion of the Company. All returns shall be completed only upon the customer returning the order and the products in the same condition as it has received to the registered address of the company.

PROCESSING OF REFUND
We do not process any refund request under any situations or circumstances. The Customer agrees to the conditions set herein before making a payment through the platform of the Company for the purchase of any product. Should the product be damaged or if the seal is broken on the receipt of the product and if the Company is satisfied with the claim, it may issue a refund to the source of the payment for all transactions made online. For all cash on delivery, the company shall undertake to seek the customer’s account details in order to issue a refund for the same. All refund processing shall be undertaken only upon a successful investigation initiated by the company on the request raised and proofs provided. 

All refunds shall reflect into your bank account within 7-14 days from the date of the confirmation of the refund request by the company.

CANCELLATION
As a Customer, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same.

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  1. if it suspects a Customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. if it suspects a Customer has undertaken a transaction that is not following the Terms of Use, or
  3. in case of unavailability of a service, or
  4. for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
  5. if the Company does not want to do business with the Customer
  6. if the Company has any "technical""issue" underlying due to "technical difficulty"

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company by a distributor and in such an event the Company assumes no responsibility for the misrepresentation and shall not be held liable for the same.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Customers and reserve the right to deny access to such Customers at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future. Not with-standing this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on individual product & service page, and/or as agreed with a Customer before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned herein in case of a conflict.

We may make changes to our products & services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. You are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and the associated product/service-specific terms and conditions page before making a purchase.
